Beef bulgogi is made with pan-fried thin pieces of beef marinated in a combination of soy sauce, sugar, and the secret ingredients of gangchu for a sweet protein. Next time we dine at Gangchu, I am ordering an entire plate of that kimchi fried rice because it is absolutely amazing and a great vegetarian option for any of those in your party who have dietary restrictions! They also have the entire plate of their marinated beef bulgogi (AND IT WAS HUGE).
